HOOPLA – Hoopla Digital has thousands of ebooks (in addition to comics, audio books, movies & TV and music), always available to you with no wait lists. Each library patron can borrow up to four items in each calendar month. They can be streamed to your computer or tablet, and either streamed or downloaded to your mobile device.
